The purpose of the invention is to reduce the size of the machine, expanding the technological capabilities and improving the layout of the ballast. Figure 1 shows the front part of a mobile machine for continuous repair of a railway track, general view; figure 2 - the rear part of this machine, a general view; on fig.Z - section aa in figure 2; 4 is an embodiment of the rear parts of the specified machine, general view. i The mobile vehicle for continuous repair of the railway track contains a bridge-like frame supported by the ends of the trolley 1 and 2, consisting of 3 parts 4 and 5 interconnected by a hinge with the possibility of turning them by hydraulic actuators 6 and 7 in horizontal and vertical planes. chassis 8, mounted in the area of the hinged connection of parts 4 and 5 of the bridge-like frame with the possibility of height adjustment by the drive. The front part of the machine in the direction B of the machine operation by means of the hinge 9 is supported on the platform 10 in front, due to which the trolley 1 can be raised or lowered relative to the track rails when the frame parts 4 and 5 are moved apart. The front part of the frame of the cart 1 is connected to the platform 10 by means of a bridge 11, on both sides of which, relative to the longitudinal axis of the machine, a path 12 is mounted to move the portal crane 13. The path 12 is also mounted on both sides of the platform 10 and the frame of the cart 1. On the crane 13 mounted swivel device 14 for capturing the cp which has the possibility of permutation in height. On part 4 of the frame of the machine is mounted a device 15 for removing a layer of ballast, which is its scheduler and is formed by an endless drive chain conveyor connected to a 16 permutation drive in height, installed in guide chutes and consisting of sections, two of which are mounted on both sides from the longitudinal axis of the machine along it at an angle to , 5 0 5 0 five umbrellas and in the lower part are bent and interconnected by a section located across the machine. Chain link of a chain conveyor is connected to each other with the possibility of rotation in vertical and horizontal planes around perpendicular axes. Part 5 of the machine frame contains a device for transporting ballast, which is a conveyor 17, one end of which is located under the upper part of the chain conveyor of device 15. A device 18 for hardening the ballast, located in front of the carriage 8 in the direction of operation of the machine (arrow B), is hinged on the guide grooves of the device 15. On part 4 of the frame are mounted a device 19 for removing and loading old sleepers 20, a conveyor 21 for transporting these sleepers to a portal crane 13, a conveyor 22 for feeding concrete sleepers 23k to the crane 13, and also devices 24 to extend the old rails 25. Devices 19 and 24 are placed in front of the device 15 to remove the ballast layer in the direction of the machine operation. On part 5 of the frame of the machine is mounted a device 26 for laying new sleepers placed behind the cart 8 in the direction of operation of the machine. In parts 4 and 5 there are mounted devices 27 for extending and laying new rails 28. Behind the trolley 2 on part 5 of the machine frame is mounted a device 29 for distributing ballast, and the second end of the conveyor 17 is placed above the device 29, which consists of a bunker, in the lower part the chutes 30 and 31 are mounted with adjustable outlets for supplying ballast respectively to and out of the track track. Above the device 29 is mounted so as to adjoin the second end of the conveyor 17, a connecting bridge 32 for supplying ballast from the conveyor 17 to the hopper of the device 29, and to the conveyor 33, which can be rotated to the sides to reset the ballast if necessary in an adjacent car for bulk materials or feeding ballast into a vehicle or straightening machine attached to a car paths with a device for distributing ballast. Figure 4 shows an embodiment of a machine with undercarriages 34 and 35 carrying a frame 36 coupled to part 5 of a mobile machine for continuous repair of the track. A frame 3 / for ballast distribution, similar to device 29, is mounted on the frame 36 above the rear carriage 35. A cab 38 is located behind the device 37. Belt conveyors 39, 40 and 41 are successively arranged for supplying the ballast to the hopper of the device 37 or the vehicle. The conveyor 41 can rotate around a vertical axis and is made telescopic in the longitudinal direction in the same way as the conveyor 33. A connecting bridge 42 is located between the conveyors 40 and 41. On the frame 36, devices 43 are mounted for installing rail fasteners between the cross ties 23 and rails 28. Devices 43 placed in the cabins (compartments) 44 for height-adjustable and along the frame devices 43. On frame 36, an additional device 45 for distribution of ballast and its own displacement actuator 46 are mounted, providing independent movement frame 36 on carts 34 and 35. The machine works as follows When the machine is continuously moved by the device 19, the old wooden sleepers 20 are removed and conveyed by the conveyor 21 to the operating zone of the crane 1 where they are caught by the rotary device 14, and the crane 13 moves them to the platform 10 and places it in a stack. In this case, both the front carriage 1 and the carriage 8 are in a raised position relative to the track level. The old rails 25 and the new rails 28 devices 24 and 27 are moved apart so much that the rails 20 and 23 can be raised and lowered between the rails. The device 15 plans the top layer of ballast, and the surplus serves it on the conveyor 17. The conveyor 22 moves the new concrete sleepers 23, which device 14 is rotated along the machine for passage through the device 15, to the device 26 for their laying, by means of which the gapals 23 are laid on an even and compacted ballast layer 18. ten 5547736 At the same time, all work processes are monitored and, if necessary, controlled by operators located in working cabins. Then, the new rails 28 are shifted and laid on the linings lying on the sleepers 23, while the car 2 goes along the laid rails 28, and the path is ballasted by feeding the ballast into the sleepers inside and outside the grooves along the grooves 31 and 30. Control the ballasting of the track is made by the operator from the cabin 38, which regulates the ballast supply as needed. If the hoppers of devices 29 and 37 are overfilled, excess ballast is discharged by conveyors 33 and 41. By leveling the ballast with device 15 and sealing by device 18, sleepers 23 are laid on a height-planned base. The devices 43 make the attachment of the rails to the sleepers, tightening the nut or bolts of rail fasteners. The path repaired by this machine can immediately be straightened with a straightening and tamping machine. 15 20
